Standard - This option includes only the Mini - Mirror Photo Booth.

SOFTWARE LICENSING:

While the Mini - Mirror Photo Booth comes pre-installed with the necessary software, please be advised that you are required to purchase a separate license to access the full version of the software.

CAMERA COMPATIBILITY:

The Mini - Mirror Photo Booth is engineered to work seamlessly with all DSLR cameras, with Canon cameras being the preferred choice due to their ease of integration with various photo booth software applications.

Due to the custom fabrication of our products, Rote8 will not accept any returns. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products and the product listed below.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@shoprote8.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately(48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship you an exchange item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please if approved we will accept the return request as long as it is in the original packaging and we will refund your money minus shipping fees and the 30% re-stocking fee.

All our Photobooth products have one year warranty; by any means, if you encounter a part failing to perform, please reach out to our team support@shoprote8.com.

Our Warranty is limited to only Manufacture related issues, and it does not cover any accidental damages and Wear and tear. Wear and tear is inevitable damage that happens naturally due to normal aging and wear that occurs over time as the photo booth is used at an event. The term is used in a legal stipulation that wear and tear will not be covered in our warranties. 

All mentioned delivery times are estimates and are subject to change. Please keep in mind that local import tariffs and charges may apply for overseas delivery. While your purchase is being processed and delivered, we recommend that you do not schedule any events until you have received confirmation that your booth has arrived. We will not be held liable for any missed events. During peak periods, there may be delays due to high demand. Please note that deliveries could take up to 30 days during these times. By purchasing our product, you acknowledge and accept these delivery terms.

During the delivery process, a signature from an adult aged 18 or older with valid identification is required. To ensure that your order reaches securely, we employ local freight companies. For freight shipment, delivery time frames might range from 5-7 business days after the merchandise has been dispatched. For other goods, the economy delivery time frames are 3-5 business days through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
