SOFTWARE LICENSING:
While the Mirror Photo Booth comes pre-installed with the necessary software, please be advised that you are required to purchase a separate license to access the full version of the software.

The Mirror Photo Booth is engineered to work seamlessly with all DSLR cameras, with Canon cameras being the preferred choice due to their ease of integration with various photo booth software applications.

The Mirror Booth is a large, pricey item that won't be dropped at your doorstep because it is too huge. Dhl Requires a person over the age of 18 to sign for the delivery.

While your purchase is being processed and delivered, we recommend that you do not schedule any events until you have received confirmation that your booth has arrived. We will not be held liable for any missed events.
To ensure that your order reaches securely, we employ local freight companies for 360 shipments and platforms. For freight shipment, delivery time frames might range from 10-15 business days after the merchandise has been dispatched. For other goods, the economy delivery time frames are 10-15 business days through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the custom fabrication of our products, Rote8 will not accept any returns.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products and the product listed below.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately(48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship you an exchange item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please if approved we will accept the return request as long as it is in the original packaging and we will refund your money minus shipping fees and the 30% re-stocking fee.

Wear and tear is inevitable damage that happens naturally due to normal aging and wear that occurs over time as the photo booth is used at an event. The term is used in a legal stipulation that wear and tear will not be covered in our warranties.
